
Riverside House is a very comfortable three storey terraced house situated on the river bank a few minutes walk from Lendall Bridge and the Museum Gardens. It is approximately 10 minutes walk to the city centre.The house has a paved riverfront patio with one step through the gate to the patio and a further step up to the second pation area. There is one more step into the house .
On the ground floor there is a seperate WC.

There is a car parking area at the rear of the property accessible from Frederic Street with room for one car.
The key for the door is in a coded key safe – details of location and code will be sent to you prior to your arrival. There is a folder with all relevant information left out on the ground floor.

area there are 2 steps to the back door.
There is an outside light which is person activated. The switch is inside the house is is normally left on.

Stairs to first floor and second floor are carpeted. To the first floor there are 14 quite narrow treads but there is a handrail. On the first landing there is the family bathroom and the single bed room. To the right of the first landing there is one step to the double bedroom and the first floor drawing room. Through a door to the second floor where the stairs are slightly steeper ( as per normal terraced houses ). On the second floor to the rear of the property is the twin bedded en suite bedroom.
On the ground floor and in the fierst floor drawing room there are 2 log burners. Full instructions as to the use of these are available. A supply of paper, sticks and logs are left available in the bay window storage area on the ground floor. Full gas central heating is of course included and each room can be thermostatically controlled

We would appreciate all those clients with dogs to ensure they are clean when entering the property and to use the cage provided if left unattended. Please ask for dog cage if needed. Dogs not allowed on sofas, chairs and beds
